This Handstand Class with Jen is the perfect way to get your body upside-down after a long lockdown. Suitable for beginners to advanced there will be modifications for all exercises and we welcome all levels.
We will focus on handstand strength skills as well as how to get into a handstand as well as how to safely fall from a handstand. Jen will be there to spot everyone who feels more comfortable with a helping hand.
