Our High Waist Leggings are higher than your typical high waist. They are perfect for training days when you need to cover and protect your sides from whatever your apparatus may be or the days that you just want to keep your stomach aware and engaged.
The waist seam will sit just above your belly button and the waistband is 6” tall but can also be folded down and the leg seam will sit just below your knees.
This apparel item is unisex and can be worn by all genders.
